You were attentive to all of the Tenant’s needs. You met the market in terms of the renewal rental rate. You listened to the Tenant’s issues pertaining to HVAC and sound attenuation and you proposed solutions for both. These solutions were not driven by cost, but were driven by what would be best for the Tenant and your building. 450 Windmere Drive is a beautiful asset and speaks to your pride of ownership. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a tenant for Mr. Tom Songer and the Torron Group. They use very reputable builders to construct their properties, and the leased space is very high quality. They are organized with overall operations as landlords and are very punctual as it relates to solving any issue that may arise in the day-to-day activities of my leased space. Their office manager, Cindy, is very personable, easy to contact, and will respond to emails or phone calls immediately to help resolve any rare problems that we face. Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Inc. had a very positive experience working with Tom Songer and his team to design our office space in Buchanan Centre.

Though the Blue Mountain Team had ideas of what we wanted within a space, this was our first experience being involved in a commercial construction process. The long, nearly 20-year, history that we have had with Torn Songer as our landlord gave us confidence to place our trust in his team. The Buchanan Centre Team listened to our needs, provided guidance, and ultimately created the space we envisioned in the timeframe that was anticipated.
